Artem Tysiatskii (TemaTys) is an independent researcher and software developer based in Kaliningrad, Russia. Author of Seleno-Gravitational Rhythm (SGR), an open pipeline and cross-city meta-analysis of impulsive lunar tidal waves across 106M+ records of U.S. crime and medical statistics (2001–2025). Publishes code, data, and articles openly on GitHub and Zenodo.
